Fields of activities

1. Microwave elements: microwave solid-state elements and components (monolithic microwave integrated circuits on GaAs);
2. Microwave electronics: microwave modular blocks and complex systems — multifunctional microwave modules, Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) modules, high-resolution radars;
3. Telecommunication equipment in frequency range of 150 MHz — 90 GHz: radio-relay equipment, broadband wireless, mobile communication complexes, high capacity Ethernet Radio Bridges in millimeter-wave range;
